austins thinking
there is a lot of thinking in this play all of hamlets crazy thoughts the plans that go on to kill him and find out why hes mad. even the grave diggers do a lot of thinking about odd ball things. it doesnt only seem that hamlet has problems getting his thoughts right. theres the to be or not to be think him thinking about killing clad why he is praying and what not the plan to kill hamlet is all about how everyone thinks to much and few just act

ReplyDeleteThough this post is a little hard to follow (if you'd written MORE, I think your meaning would have been clearer). Nonetheless, this idea that Shakespeare's intent in writing this play is to contemplate the differences between thinking and acting (and the consequences of each) does seem central to the play, and would make for a great approach to take in your essay. Just be sure to locate some key scenes that represent each option (as you've begun to do).
